To ensure a seamless experience, orders are processed as soon as they are placed and cannot be canceled or modified. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange once you receive your order, following our Return & Exchange Policy.
Shipping info
SOL & NEL delivers worldwide. Wherever you are, your SOL&NEL pieces can find their way to you.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The final shipping fee will appear before confirming your order.
Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, while international orders may require 10 to 15 business days. Kindly note that delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays and official closures.

Sol&Nel covers customs data processing fees. However additional customs duties or taxes may be applied depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not the responsibility of Sol&Nel. We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate any additional charges before completing your purchase.
Payment
SOL&NEL accepts Visa and Mastercard for all orders. For deliveries within Egypt, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available. For international orders, only prepaid Visa or Mastercard payments are accepted.
Please kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all labels, accessories, and packaging intact. All returns are complimentary; however, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, under the same conditions: the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original labels, accessories, and packaging. The desired item must be available on our website at the time of the request.
Exchanges are subject to an additional shipping fee, which will be charged at the time of processing.

After submitting the form, SOL&NEL support team will follow up within 3 business days to assist you with the next steps.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Simply fill out the form on our Return & Exchange page, within 14 days of your purchase date. Once received, our team will review the request and ensure the correct item is delivered to you as soon as possible.and we will ensure the correct piece reaches you.
Refund
If you paid using a Visa or Mastercard, your refund will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank’s timeline.
If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be processed through the courier upon collection of the returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.
